RETURNS & REFUNDS

Capsules

All capsule products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged – unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable – except for specific instances detailed below.

If your capsules arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team here within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item(s) so please ensure you keep all original packaging as well as associated materials. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned, in which case a prepaid return label will be provided. If you are asked to return an item please ensure that it is dispatched within 7 days of being provided the label, otherwise we will not be able to approve your claim.

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.

If your claim is accepted:

  • We will issue a replacement for the damaged item(s), where stock is available.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the capsule.
  • If all capsules in the parcel are damaged, we will also refund the full shipping cost.

We reserve the right to assess and decline refund or replacement requests at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed and applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of refund approval confirmation.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact our customer service team here.

The above terms apply to UK customers only. All international orders and items are final sale and non-refundable under all circumstances.
