We are based in the UK, who currently ship to the UK and US.

Free Shipping

To make shopping on Marumono cheaper and more flexible for you, we apply a free shipping period each time delivery is paid at checkout.

When you place an order and pay for delivery, a 7-day window automatically begins on your account. During this time, you can place additional orders to the same delivery address without paying any extra for shipping.

At the end of the 7-day window, all orders placed within the period are grouped together and dispatched as a single parcel.

If you’d prefer not to wait the full 7 days, you can manually trigger early dispatch at any time using the “Combine” button available in your Account area.

Once a combined parcel has been dispatched, a new free shipping window will begin only after delivery is paid again on a future order.

For international customers extra fees may apply which will still continue to be in effect during a free shipping window.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of order combination. During busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

Working days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

Transit

For UK customers, once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

For international customers, delivery times will vary depending on the delivery country and location.

A tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Deliveries

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and may incur additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees. The exact amount will depend on the value of your order, the country’s specific regulations, and other factors.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs process. These fees are your responsibility, and you will need to pay them directly to the relevant authorities.

These charges are not included in the price of the goods or the shipping cost at checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

For UK customers, if your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow 10 full working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us. We will not be able to respond to delivery enquiries before this period has passed.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

While we will do our best to correct any mistakes before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time.

We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to address information submitted incorrectly by a customer.
